How’s your spinal hygiene?

Did you know that chiropractic adjustments can prevent back and neck problems from returning or occurring in the first place?

Just like going to the dentist prevents tooth decay, chiropractic adjustments help the joints of the spine maintain their normal range of motion and slow spinal degeneration.

How frequent should maintenance adjustments be done?

About once per month is a good starting point. Some people that are more prone to injuries may come more frequently and someone who is very healthy and maintains their spinal mobility through various exercises such as Yoga, Pilates, and other activities may not need maintenance adjustments as frequently.

As always, there is no pressure in our office. Even if you want just a single chiropractic adjustment to help your spine move better, we are happy to help you with that.
