January Office Updates

Happy New Year everyone! There is no doubt that 2020 was an interesting year and it was hard to navigate. Without people like you as a patient, we would not have been able to keep the office running. I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with you last year and I hope we will have the opportunity to be a part of your injury prevention and spinal health team in 2021.

With all of the interesting stuff that happened in 2020, I suspect that 2021 will possibly be similar in many ways. We hope to still be there for you this year through thick and thin and we will do everything possible to keep it safe to come to our office.

This is the time of year when winter weather is a possibility. While I personally try to get to the office regardless of the weather, we will do our best to keep everyone posted, if there is bad enough weather to shut down or delay the office. Please like and follow us on Facebook for any office updates, such as weather related closings. https://www.facebook.com/DrJustinGianni

Payment Plans

I want everyone to be able to have access to chiropractic treatment. This year we will start offering customized interest free payment plans for those in financial need. This will allow individuals to spread out their treatment payments without any added cost. Please contact the office if you would like to see if you qualify.

No Show Policy

I do not like enforcing no show policies. It just doesn’t seem right to me. We all have days when we forget or run late for something. I have been advised that it is in my interest, especially with reduced appointments during COVID, to at least have a no show policy. It will be $25 for appointments cancelled or missed without more than 24 hours notice. I will make sure that no one is charged for their first few late cancellations/no-shows and anyone that reschedules at that time will not be charged. This is really just to protect the schedule from people who abuse the system. I want everyone to get the appointment time that works best for them.

In good health,

Dr. Justin
