August 2020 Chiropractic Office Update

Thank you so much for trusting me with your health. As always, I am honored to be able to be your chiropractor. While this year has been very crazy, I have been very fortunate in many ways and I am so grateful to be a part of your health.

1st Let’s start off with the big news. Sarah and I are happy to announce the birth of our baby boy, Thomas Townsed Gianni. He was born at 7:10 pm on 8/15/20 at 7lbs 11 ounces. Sarah is my hero and did it all without an epidural.

2nd Woohoo!!! You all are awesome!!! We have 48 five star reviews on Google right now and the number is climbing every week. We always want to give 5 star quality service so please don’t ever hesitate to vocalize any concerns to me about any encounter in our office so we can improve the service provided even more.

3nd We have been going through a hiring process and it looks like we have a great employee now. Alexis will help assist you with any front desk tasks and will be helping schedule you. This is very exciting because it will allow for more treatment time for patients. It has been very exciting to watch our practice grow, but we had gotten to a point where we were running out of available appointment times many days. Hiring someone will allow for more appointment times for you also.

4rd Expanding on the previous comment, we just want to thank everyone who has been able to give plenty of notice when needing to cancel an appointment. In many cases, we were able to fill those appointment times with someone who was on a wait-list and was in much need of care. They were very grateful for being able to have that appointment slot. We understand that it is not always possible to give more notice when needing to cancel, but it definitely helps.

5th We are continuing to do many things to keep everyone in our office safe. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any other suggestions.
