We hope everyone is doing well and staying safe through the winter weather. We are doing our best to maintain our full office hours and truly appreciate all the patients who have been able to keep their appointments. We also completely understand that weather conditions may prevent some of you from making it in.
With the phones ringing nonstop and text messages coming in at lightning speed, we’ve decided it’s time to roll out a new tool… ONLINE SCHEDULING!
We’ve delayed releasing this feature because we know online scheduling can sometimes be confusing, so we want to clearly explain how to use it.
Important: If you are receiving this email, you are considered a current patient. Please do not schedule a new patient appointment.
Instead, you will choose a REGULAR appointment. There are five regular appointment options:
Insurance
Medicare
Personal Injury (car accident or workers’ compensation)
Self-Pay(These options are based on your payment method and help us properly track patient visits.)
REEXAM / REACT – This option is for patients who have been seen in our office before but have not visited in several months. These appointments require a little extra time.
