Dr. Justin Gianni's connection to the area goes back long before opening Performance Family Chiropractic. He attended Elon University, where he earned a degree in Exercise Science and competed as a Division I cross-country athlete. Chiropractic care played an important role in helping him stay healthy and perform at a high level throughout his athletic career.

Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Justin was an Eagle Scout with Troop 212 in nearby Cary, NC. The values of service, leadership, and community involvement that he learned through Scouting continue to influence the way he practices today. Whether volunteering at local events, supporting community initiatives, or helping local athletes recover from injuries, Dr. Justin is committed to giving back to the Apex community that he proudly serves.
